I am a difficult customer, but I am very happy because the seller was very kind and patiently explained and supported me very enthusiastically.
I'm thrilled with my e-bike purchase! Even though my first choice wasn't available (15Ah), the seller reached out and suggested an alternative with a 22.8Ah battery. The seller was great at answering all my question.
It arrived in the Broome within 5 weeks and came partially assembled. Putting it together was quite easy, especially with some tools included, though having a few extra tools of my own made it easier.
The ride is super smooth, and the battery holds its charge well. The cycle computer is a handy thing allowing for setting adjustments, just search for a manual/tutorial online. I was able to adjust brightness of the front light, etc. Unfortunately these aren't included in the manual, so if interested do your own research :)
Overall, this bike is awesome. It's been 4 weeks since I got it and I love it, the best thing during the bus strikes.
The seller also included a rain coat/poncho as a gift
