I'm thrilled with the Reflective All-Weather Waterproof Dog Rain Coat! It fits true to size and we were pleased to find an XL size for our dog. The coat has dimensions of 43 (back), 30 (neck), and 40 (chest). I love that it has a hood that covers the head, which keeps my pup dry without making them uncomfortable.
